At Budget Kingdom, we want you to love your budgeting tools and shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns



We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:


  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Items must be returned with all accessories and inserts included
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required



Non-returnable items:


  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return



To request a return, please contact us at [Your Email Address] with the following information:


  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return



We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds



Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Please note:


  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to assess the issue. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.





5. 

Exchanges



At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.





6. 

Late or Missing Refunds



If you haven’t received a refund yet:


  1. Double-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
